Floor Sawing
Floor sawing is a quick, precise and cost effective method for cutting concrete or asphalt up to 520mm deep. We have a range of floor saws which allows our team to complete each project with ease including FS5000 which are designed for indoor and outdoor cutting as they have low emissions. These saws are also equipped with heavy duty lifting points allowing them to be craned in and out of hard to reach places, keeping your project moving.
Hand Sawing
Hand saws are a quick and efficient method for cutting off concrete/brick/blocks. Our operators are able to use the hand saw to cut up to 150mm deep and can often be used when there is limited access and a floor saw is unable to be used.
Ring Sawing
Ring saws are used for small and large projects, and allows our operators to provide clean cuts up to 270mm deep. Ring saws are able to cut deeper than a hand saw and is accurate to avoid overcuts and can also be used to plunge corners.
Flush Cutting | High Frequency | Electric Cutting
We provide hydraulic and electrical flush cutting which allows our operators to do exactly that, it allows us to cut flush to any wall or rebate or floor surface up to 200mm deep.
High frequency and electric cutting allows our operators to not only cut in confined spaces as these saws have zero fumes - it also allows us to cut to higher depths.
If higher depths are required to be achieved we also provide the option of a 3 phase high frequency ring saw that can cut to depths up to 320mm and well as a high frequency chain saw that allows us to cut to depths up to 400mm.
High frequency and electric cutting also has other advantages such as being able to complete inverted cutting.
Core Drilling
Our team all carry a wide range of available diameters and the capability to drill to almost any depth. The barrels are tipped with diamond segments that allow for accuracy and speed for rerouting cables, pipes and wires in all renovations and new builds.
Stitch drilling is also a method used where a series of holes are overlapped, can also be used when over-cuts are prohibited.
Stich drilling can be used when the concrete is too deep for our saws to reach and allows us to be able to cut/sever concrete at any depth.
Track Mounted Wall Sawing
Track mounted wall sawing, allows our operators to complete extremely precise and clean vertical, horizontal and inverted cuts which are ideal for windows and doorways up to 1 metre in depth. These saws are mounted directly to the cutting surface and run on a rail system. This method is recommended for high risk projects as they are completely remote operated, this allows the operator to be at a safe distance and to avoid any other concerns such as fatigue.
Wire Sawing
Wire Sawing is a method that is used when the material or structure is too large to be cut by the track mounted wall saw. Diamond beaded wire is wrapped around the object or surface that is required to be cut and directional pulleys are used to keep the wire cutting, and where it needs to be with minimal vibration and noise. The wire saw like the track mounted wall saw is completely operated remotely which means it can also be used for projects under water.

We are able to tend to all floor preparations, removing tile glue, rubber glue, floor paint and epoxies. We are equipped with various different size grinders that have diamond attachments to ensure floors are levelled out that allows our clients to have clean level finished floors.
Soft Cuts | Expansion Joints | Control Joints | Decorative Cuts
This method of cutting generally occurs in the first hours from finish to the final set. This is a critical operation and timing is everything as this will help control unwanted cracking in your new concrete.
Our operators are also able to provide decorative cutting in paths, driveways and patios.

We have variety of different equipment that allow our certified scanners to complete reports on concrete surfaces and structures in a non-invasive method. Hydro Vacuum Excavation is a non-mechanical and non destructive digging (NDD) method that uses the power of high pressure water and vacuum systems to remove soil/clay and debris. All of the unwanted resources are then vacuumed and stored in an attached tank.
Non Destructive Digging has many benefits not only to personnel but also to the environment.
